With Eric Rosen
Rodney began writing with Eric Rosen in 2020 during the pandemic when they were isolated in the Catskills. They created cycle of music based around poems by Walt Whitman, this explores the passion, joy, fun, and despair of the queer experience. They are currently working on a large scale piece about the gay experience through some literary legends.

ZNRB is the writing duo of Zeniba Now and Rodney Bush. Cuz acronyms. They met in 2012 and started working on theater immediately, putting on shows, dreaming scenarios, and coaching pros, which lead them to form a writing partnership. As a writing team they have written scores of pieces across various genres, including their self-defined “fantasy pop.” Some of their work was presented at Rattlestick Theater’s “New Songs Now” in 2021, and most recently a song of theirs, “What I Wanna Do (Tidal Wave)”, was performed at Ring Of Keys: Queering The Canon: Sondheim night.
